Markus Warmholz, German, studied law at the Faculties of Law of the Universities Halle, Germany and Zurich, Switzerland. During his studies he focused on in European Business Law, International Public Law, Corporate and Commercial Law. As a student he worked as an intern with Meyer-Reumann Legal Consultancy in 2003.
During his lawyer apprenticeship from September 2005 until September 2007, he has joined the Communications Media and Technology Practice Group of Clifford Chance in Franfurt. From June 2007 to August 2007 he again joined Meyer-Reumann Legal Consultancy in Dubai as a Trainee Lawyer.
In November 2007, he has joined Meyer-Reumann Legal Consultancy in Dubai. He focuses on advising mostly European companies regarding their business activities in the Gulf Region, on such matters such as setting up of business, multi-jurisdictional transactions and corporate restructuring, drafting and negotiating of agreements on distribution, sales organization and commercial agency.
